Herespot is operated by Christian Flores, doing business as Multo Sakalye. This policy explains the app, this website, and information you choose to send for support.

Your collection stays in the app on your device

Herespot stores Spots, item details, photos, document scans, and History locally. No Herespot account is required, and Herespot does not provide an inventory cloud-sync service.

Photos and scanning

Camera access is used when you choose to photograph an object or scan a document. You may select photos through Apple’s photo picker instead. Herespot uses Apple’s on-device image-analysis frameworks for background removal, suggested names, and recognizing text. Results can be imperfect; review important details.

The optional app lock

Your four-digit passcode is stored in the iPhone Keychain. The lock controls access inside Herespot. It does not encrypt the inventory database, photos, or exported backups.

Sharing, printing, and backups

You choose when to share, print, export, or save a backup, and where to send the copy. The receiving app, printer, or storage provider handles it under its own settings and policies. Apple device backups may also include app data. Exported Herespot backups are not encrypted and are not protected by the app’s passcode.

Keeping and removing information

Removed items can remain available through History so you can put them back. Clear History removes History entries, not every saved item or photo. Clearing onboarding examples hides eligible examples and removes their linked History; underlying records and media can remain locally and in full backups. Deleting the app removes its local inventory and media. Copies exported or backed up elsewhere remain there and must be removed separately.

App activity

The reviewed Herespot app has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, account system, or app-owned inventory upload service. This statement concerns the app; websites and services you choose to open have their own practices.

Support and email

Contact herespot@multosakalye.com for help or a privacy request. This address routes to the studio's Google Workspace mailbox. Your email address, message, and any attachments leave your device and are handled by the email providers involved. Send only what is needed for your request. Do not send your passcode or an entire backup casually.

Support correspondence is kept in the studio mailbox; it is not automatically deleted when you delete the app. You can request access, correction, or deletion of correspondence by emailing the same address. Provider backups and records that must be retained for legal obligations may not be removed immediately. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised.

This website

This website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and delivered through Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set security cookies, including __cf_bm. Provider processing and retention are separate from the app's local storage and may take place outside your country. See Cloudflare's cookie information and OpenAI's privacy policy. The website does not receive your Herespot inventory through the app.
